Current amounts come from the app for your particular request.
Service fee
The current service fee is part of the app's breakdown. It can vary with the service, time of day and day of the week.
Labor
The estimate reflects the work described in your request and the available lock details. An on-site finding can change the proposed scope.
Parts
Review any hardware included in the estimate. Ask which parts are needed and approve a revised scope before additional work begins.
Applicable tax
Check the applicable tax and total shown for your booking before deciding whether to proceed.
Review changes before approving them
If a technician proposes more work, ask what changed and what the new total covers. You can decline the proposed addition. Ask for clarification if the proposed work or price is unclear.
Declining extra work does not automatically waive an applicable cancellation fee or payment for work you already authorized. Review the booking status and cancellation information in the app, and contact support about a dispute.
